Hormone Readiness Assessment (19+)
Description
The purpose of a HRA is to check that you have met all the standards for accessing gender-affirming hormones. If everything is a go, I send a letter of introduction and confirmation to a practitioner who can prescribe. I can help you access this level of medical care, if you do not already have a referral. If some conditions are not yet met, I can help you access services to get there.
